Savage Faith Return & Refund Policy

At Savage Faith, every order is made with care. Because many of our products are made-to-order, custom printed, or digitally delivered, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was a fulfillment error.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect color choice
Accidental orders
Preference changes after delivery
Products that arrive in good condition

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or broken, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To review the issue, you must provide:

Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged item
A clear photo of the packaging, if the package was damaged
A short description of the problem

Once we receive your photos and details, we will review the issue. If the damage or defect qualifies, we may be able to help arrange a replacement item or refund through our fulfillment partner.

Submitting photos does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement, but it gives us the proof needed to investigate the issue.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for digitally downloaded products, including but not limited to:

Music downloads
Coloring books
Printable books
Workout plans
PDF files
Digital guides
Digital artwork
Any other downloadable product

Once a digital product has been purchased or delivered, it cannot be refunded.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Savage Faith is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned, lost, or delayed because of an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Savage Faith is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery disputes.

Order Cancellations

Because many products are processed quickly and made-to-order, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed.
