Clear photos of the damaged item
Clear photos of the packaging, if the package was damaged

Photos are required so we can review the issue and, when applicable, work with our fulfillment partner to request a replacement or refund.
Submitting photos does not automatically guarantee a replacement or refund.

If Savage Faith offers international shipping, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.
